We believe in honest coaching, compassionate accountability, and a community where vulnerability is a strength. Coach Jay
I’ve trained for over 13 years and coached for five, helping adults—especially busy professionals, parents, and military members—build bodies that are strong, capable, and resilient. I’ve lived both extremes: burned out, running on caffeine and chaos, and stuck in an all-or-nothing loop that wrecked my sleep, confidence, and health. I got out by getting honest with myself, and those around me—and now I help others do the same. Every plan I build is as custom as a tailored suit, built around your lifestyle, mindset, and habits. Whether you’re just learning how to eat adequately or you're ready to push your limits to new heights, you’ll always have a plan that meets you exactly where you are—and never leaves you guessing.Jason is both a NASM certified personal trainer and NCI certified nutrition coach.
