How we plan

The Rebel Roadmap

Recognize

  • Stuck in cycles of self-hate?

  • See yourself from the perspective of others opinions?

  • Lost the spirit to fight for what you want in life?

This step is about identifying the root cause—the beliefs, habits, and stories that have kept you from the health, happiness, and freedom you deserve.

Reinforce

  • Solidify your new group of habits.

  • Craft resilience & adaptability in mind and body.

  • Reinforce an identity that doesn’t collapse when life gets busy, stressful, or hard.

This is how temporary progress turns into a permanent identity shift. You now identify as a new person. The old you is a memory.

Retrain

  • Retrain your mind to process information differently.

  • Retrain your body to align with your new dream outcome.

  • Retrain your spirit by finding passion, energy, and joy for life.

This is where you’ll start to experience breakthroughs—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

3 Options to fit any budget

Not everyone needs the same kind of support on their fitness journey—and that’s exactly why we built these options. Some Rebels thrive with more hands-on coaching and accountability, while others simply want a solid plan they can run with on their own. Wherever you fall on that spectrum, you’ll find a path here that matches your needs, your goals, and your lifestyle—without forcing you into a one-size-fits-all box.

Rebel Elite

Full customization, weekly coaching, and direct access to me — your fastest path to results.

This is the highest level of coaching inside Rebellion Fitness. You’ll get a fully customized nutrition plan, personalized training, and weekly video check-ins directly with me to keep you accountable and dial in every detail. If you’re serious about transformation (or desire the fastest results) want expert guidance every step of the way, this is the program for you.

Rebel Foundations

A proven fitness and nutrition plan for self-starters who want results without guidance.

Our starter option. Sometimes you just need a clear plan — no hand-holding, no fluff. With the Rebel Foundations Blueprint, you’ll receive a complete, ready-to-go program for both training and nutrition. You’ll have the option to book individual sessions with me if you want extra help, but otherwise, this is your roadmap to results on your own terms.

Rebel Momentum

Structured training, guided nutrition, and monthly check-ins to keep you on track.

Our second highest level of support and coaching. Designed for motivated self-starters who still want guidance and accountability. You’ll get access to structured training programs, an adaptable nutrition plan, and a monthly call with me to make adjustments and keep you moving forward. It’s the perfect balance of independence and support.

My Story

Photo of Jason when he was overweight.

I am the originator of the Rebellion, but I am the very first client of the Rebellion too. I grew up in a house full of disorganization & negativity. As a teenager I hated myself. I knew I was stupid. I knew I was ugly. I knew I was the problem for everyone else around me. However, I also fell in love with training. I was one of the few kids in my football program who worked out every day. I was OBSESSED. If only I had known what proper nutrition could do.As a young man I enlisted in the military seeking structure and accountability like I had in my football program. The military introduced me to death, destruction, isolation, chronic disconnection - and taught me to cope with alcohol. This compounded with my already lackluster philosophy on life began a vicious cycle which was headed towards the psychiatric ward - or the crematorium. After seven years I decided to leave the military - shortly after I was diagnosed with a mental health disorder and it fucking crushed me. I became my diagnosis. Punching holes in my walls, screaming and threatening my wife and children, isolating myself from anyone and everyone. All I wanted was to die - I was just too scared to do it myself. Then - I realized something profound - I was the one in control of my life. It wasn't my parents fault I was unhappy. It wasn't the Air Forces fault - It wasn't my trauma or my hurt that was to blame. No one was stopping me from having friends or from connecting with other people on a deeper level. All the things I wanted and didn't have - it was ALL because of ME. This was soul crushing. However, it was simultaneously the most empowering realization I had in my entire life. If I am the problem then likewise I am the solution.
I began to uncover all of the underlying beliefs I had about myself - and the world - realization was the first step to my recovery. Once I understood that I was the only one holding me back - I decided to STOP - and I began a journey towards self love and appreciation.
The photo you see below is after about 3 years of non-stop dedicated attention to revamping my outlook on life. Realizing that the alcohol only numbed my pain. The drugs, porn, eating away my "bad feelings" shaming of others, ALL the things society told me would make me feel better - only hid the pain while I was engaged. But when I was alone - or silent - the mental chatter came back worse every time.So I began to move differently. Not because I HAD to - in order to get the approval and acceptance of those around me - but because I WANTED to change. I WANTED to start eating better because I would FEEL better. I WANTED to stop coping with drugs and alcohol because I knew it made me feel better. Thus - The Rebellion was born. My goal in life is simple - Help others.I have been given a gift. I listen - like really fucking listen - for some of you this will be highly uncomfortable. I WILL see you. I WILL challenge your beliefs because dammit thats what got you into this mess in the first place. I WILL ask questions like "Why aren't you worth it? Why don't you love yourself? Why are you attached to feeling so bad?"So if you've read up to this point I can only assume you too are sick and tired of hating yourself. Tired of being fed lies by the media machine and the businesses telling you 24/7 you need to BUY your way into a good life. You need to EARN your way into a good life. Pinning you against your neighbor and building bigger and bigger barriers around yourself.FUCK THAT. I want to be LOVED. I want to FEEL LOVE. I AM A HUE-MAN. I come in many different shapes, sizes, colors, and creeds. We have more in common than we do that separates us. & the unifying principle of ALL life on this plane of existence is death - we will all die - who knows when - I WILL NOT live another second hiding, in regret, or hurting because of a LIE I was sold by the society I was born into.If this sounds like something YOU want to experience - Welcome to the Rebellion. Let's change your fucking life.

Success stories

Photo of Jake

"This isn’t some ‘rah-rah’ fitness cult. It’s real talk, real coaching, and real connection. I’ve had deeper conversations in weekly check-ins than I’ve had with most people in my life. And yeah—I look good, too."

Jake W.

"I’ve got two kids, a blooming business, and almost no time to myself. Jason helped me build a program that fits my life instead of trying to force me into some influencer’s version of fitness. I finally feel like I can do this long term."

"Rebellion taught me how to enjoy food again without guilt. I didn’t give up pizza night with my family, and I still dropped 15 pounds. No crazy diets—just structure, education, and a coach who listens."

Ray D.
